Welcome to Synergy Healthcare Compliance Software (“Synergy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including our all-in-one compliance system designed to help you manage and organise your healthcare service.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These services are designed to streamline and automate healthcare compliance processes, saving you time and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Software Specification
The Patient Transport Software provided by Synergy includes the following features:

Subscription Details
Effective Date: The licence commences upon execution of the agreement.
Implementation Fees: There is a one-time onboarding and training fee of £0.
User and/or Site Subscriptions: The licence grants access for a maximum of 20 users. Any additional users beyond this limit will incur an extra fee of £5 per user.
VAT: All fees/rates listed in this agreement are exclusive of VAT.
Payment Terms
Payment for the subscription fees shall be made by the Client to Synergy within [number of days] days of receipt of an invoice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the term of this agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party, provided that any outstanding fees are settled up to the termination date.
GDPR Compliance
Synergy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the processing of personal data. This means that:
- Personal data is collected lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
- Data is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
- Data collected is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
- Data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.
- Data is kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary.
- Data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data.
Data Security
We prioritise the security of user data and employ industry-standard measures to safeguard the information collected through our services. All data transmission is encrypted to prevent unauthorised access, and access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Non-Sharing of User Data

Disclaimer
Synergy makes no warranty that the software product will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. You bear sole responsibility and all liability for any loss incurred due to the failure of the software product to meet your requirements.
Under no circumstances shall Synergy be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.
Important Note: The loss of a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating is not the responsibility of Synergy or its systems. Synergy provides tools and systems to aid compliance, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the user to ensure adherence to CQC standards.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. To the extent any express or implied restrictions are not permitted by applicable laws, these restrictions shall remain in force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by such applicable laws.
Restrictions
Without first obtaining our written consent, you may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms, or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to our services.
Updates
From time to time, updates to our services may be required by third parties (e.g., Google, Apple, payment providers). We strive to provide immediate updates to our applications to comply with technological progress and policy changes.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Synergy regarding the provision of Patient Transport Software and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
